October Adult Book Discussion

Tuesday, October 20th at 6:30 p.m.

The library’s adult book discussion will be held on Tuesday, October 20th at 6:30 p.m. The selected title is A Small Death in the Great Glen by A.D. Scott, the first in a myst
ery series set in the 1950s.

The library hosts a book discussion on the third Tuesday of each month. Books are available for checkout or purchase at the library. New participants are always welcome.

Talking Heads Discussion Group continues on Friday Mornings

The Talking Heads Discussion Group will continue on Friday’s in October. Participants may attend one or both sessions at 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Using The Great Courses Series from The Teaching Company, participants watch a 30-minute DVD lecture and then open the floor for discussion.

The current discussion topics are Great Ideas of Psychology at 9:00 a.m. and 
Great Philosophical Debates: Free Will & Determinism at 10:00 a.m.
