November Book Discussion

The library’s adult book discussion will be held on Tuesday, November 18th at 6:30 p.m. This month’s book is 
Unbroken: A WW II Story of Survival, Resilience, & Redemption by Lauren Hillenbrand. The book is available for check out or purchase at the library. New participants are always welcome. 

Talking Heads Discussion Group

Friday Mornings at 9:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m.

The Talking Heads Discussion Group will continue on Fridays in November. Participants may attend one or both sessions at 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Using The Great Courses Series from The Teaching Company, participants watch a 30-minute DVD lecture and then open the floor for discussion.
The 9:00 a.m. session topic is The History of World Literature. The 10:00 a.m. topic is American Ideals: Founding a Republic of Virtue. New participants are always welcome.

Dear Reader Online Book Clubs

Join our Email Book Clubs. Every day, Monday through Friday, you will receive in your email a five-minute selection from a chapter of a book. By the end of the week, you'll have read 2-3 chapters.
