Talking Heads Discussion Group
The Talking Heads discussion group offers two lectures on Friday mornings. Using The Great Courses Series from The Teaching Company, participants watch a 30-minute DVD lecture and then open the floor for discussion. Participants may attend one or both sessions.
Great Ideas of Philosophy at 9:00 a.m.
Great Philosophical Debates at 10:00 a.m.
The Talking Heads program is free and open to the public—new people are always welcome. Friday, May 22nd will be the last Talking Heads session for this season. The discussion group will start again in September with new topics.
Monthly Adult Book Discussion
The library’s adult book discussion will be held on Tuesday, May 19th at 6:30 p.m.
This month selection is Little Mercies by Heather Gudenkauf. Discussion books are available for purchase or check out at the library and new participants are always welcome.
The library hosts a book discussion on the third Tuesday of each month. New participants are always welcome!
